Antelope Canyon

Antelope Canyon is the most photogenic of all the slot canyons of the south west USA. Possibly one of the most photogenic places I have ever been. It’s on Navajo reservation land and can only be visited by an overcrowded tour. The expression ‘loving a place to death‘ could aptly describe this place. Grandiose beauty, but tourism at its crowded worst, despite the best efforts of the guides. The photos, although grainy due to the high ISO I had to use, hopefully show the awesomeness. Some took patience to wait for the crowds to move.

National Geographic, do you have any job opening? All I need is a better camera!

Great stuff again Brad. What a superb venue…. NG are hard work. You have to approach with an idea for an assignment, then they usually send their own photographer (even if you are a professional), then you do the writing part…. You also fund it, then get paid an amount that will sometimes cover the job… Sometimes it won’t! Just enjoy it all for everyone who is enjoying your adventures and your images… They are sweet!
